The Project Excellence Internship is a 6-month-long program consisting of a variety of training and supported by a structured learning program. The Project Excellence Specialist provides hands-on engagement for process setup and continuous improvement, project controlling, change management, and others. This individual possesses subject matter expertise and strong communication and collaboration skills. What are we offering you? Bachelor's Degree or certification in Project Management. 2-3 years of IT Project Management experience (Agile and Waterfall). What are my responsibilities? Set up project controlling reporting structure, including project cost control, progress measurement, schedule development, schedule control, and change management. Ensure quality gaps are captured and fed back into Product Backlogs. Instill and execute operating rhythm to ensure project health is recorded and reviewed. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and follow up on actions resulting from business reviews. Provide day-to-day oversight and support for key systems and processes, working with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g., MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Confluence, Jira). What else do you need? Ability to create processes with minimum supervision. Understanding of general multi-discipline project management processes. Knowledge of Actual Cost of work performed, earned value of expended cost on a project. Knowledge of project delivery, project closeout, and project reporting. Ability to multitask, prioritize, be analytical, be attentive to detail, and be a team player. Self-motivated, hands-on, and have strong time management. Must be proficient in Microsoft (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Project, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce). Experience in the Aviation industry is preferred.
