We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our project management and account servicing team. This candidate must have excellent sense, skill and experience of managing Website/Mobile App development projects and/or other Digital deliverable projects. He or she must be highly enjoying and adapting to teamwork environment as well as possessing good attitudes and skills in leading, managing, sharing, communication, problem solving and time management.

Major role and job responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to liaise and lead Clients on requirement & expectation management, project planning and issues handling as well as maintain relationship with Clients
• Involve in managing task allocation and resource planning to execute multiple projects at one time
• Participate in project quality assurance, UAT, training and documentation processes
• Work pro-actively with both design and technical teams to deliver project deliverables

Major job requirements

• 2+ year of hands-on project coordination/management experience delivered Website/Mobile App systems or videos/animations in commercial environment
• Have strong insights in Website, Mobile Apps and other Online platform user experience
• Familiar with common tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ZOHO, etc
• Knowledge in CMS platforms, eCommerce/loyalty platforms and software development methodology is definitely an advantage
• Passionate in managing and delivering quality consulting, design and implementation service to Clients
• University degree or above in Information System, Applied Computing, Social Science, Pure Science, Business, or Engineering discipline
• Possess logical mindset and detail-oriented attitude
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skill
• Good people skill and communication in English & Chinese
• Good time management skill, able to work in multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to deadline-oriented culture
• Good team player and able to work hard and play hard
• Shortly or immediately available is definitely an advantage
