Project Executive
Job Requirements:
- Monitor progress to ensure the objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budget
- Collaborate with various departments to implement project management practice across all projects
- Review project proposals to determine time frame and procedures for accomplishing projects
- Assist in preparing documentation e.g. schedule, functional design specification and flowcharts.
- Experience in digital agency / consulting company will be an advantage
- Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of English & proficient in Chinese & Mandarin
- Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects & work under pressure
- 1-2 years or above solid experience in managing interactive events / project management (More experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive)
- Mature, hard working, aggressive & initiative
