Knowledge of localization processes and/or software development life cycle, quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies;
Excellent skills in drafting and communicating project documents in a clear and concise manner; Proven negotiation skills in dealing with delicate aspects of small/medium sized project proposals;
Possess leadership, time management, and organizational skills;
Strong competence with the various tools, procedures, programming languages use to accomplish job.
