• Be aware of contractual obligations of each purchase order placed (i.e. Delivery Performance and Quality Performance liaises with Purchase order)
• Attend Kick off meetings as much as possible/necessary
• Ensure Progress reports from Vendor are received as appropriate, analyzed and that findings are relayed.
• Ensure regular follow up of all Vendors either by telecommunication/e-mail or carry out actual expediting visits.
• Arrange field visits when necessary, and get the field expediting report
• Keep the expediting database updated at all the time.
• Generate and make available weekly material status reports to the project team.
• Liaise closely with Logistics Team on all upcoming and existing shipments.
• Result oriented for the on-time delivery and Quality of supplier`s equipment.

• A Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2-3 years working experience; Commercial or Engineering working experience is prefer.
• English skill is required. Be Good at English read and write; Capable of Speaking in English is preferred.
• Industry manufacturer or petrochemical industry engineering company related work experience is preferred.
• Factory Location: Shanghai Pudong/ KangQiao Area.
• Work diligent, bears hardships and stands hard work, willing to accept the challenge, and team work.
• The optimistic positive, have a strong sense of responsibility.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, team spirit and strong communication skills.
