Engineering Degree above in mechanical, materials
science, foundry or related

12+years’ experience with automotive industry customers
and working in an international company in Asia or abroad.

3.
Product knowledge is a must: crankshaft and related
components or the products related with engine.

4.
Knowledge of the management of complex projects with
direct reports in engineering functions,

5.
Practice launching and supporting ramp up of high volume
products for global auto customers.

6.
Experience launching and supporting ramp up of high
volume products for global auto OEM such as Ford, GM, VW, Nissan, Honda,
Toyota, BMW and so on.

7.
Skilled in the use of CAD/CAM software.

8.
Strong leadership skills, cross cultural capabilities, excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.

9.
Ability to adjust or adapt to changing situations,
problems and tasks quickly.

Position Requirement：


1.
Managing the crankshaft and related components product
design & development center complying with company policy and legislation.

2.
Project realization: planning, coordination and
supervision.

3.
Program management: resources distribution, NPDS
coordination, trainings, schedule, validation, budget, customer contact and
supervision of test runs.

4.
Process engineering concerning programs in the
development phase, determining requirements and process parameters, conducting
simulations.

5.
Product development and advanced engineering
accountability.
