Position Summary：

We are looking for an experienced Project HR Manager for our office operations in China. The ideal candidate is someone that work with little supervision, ability to solve problems and comfortable to work in an international company.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Responsible for the recruitment of new skilled workers for our projects’ needs in China

? Responsible for effective management among internal and external workers for projects in China supporting

our project and schedules

? Work closely with service subcontractors and on-site management for arrangement to projects

? Support and negotiating with subcontractors for charges and long term business relations for efficient

and cost control

? Supporting the site supervisors with relocation, including invitation letter, visa, accommodation, and local

transportation arrangement etc. Providing certain assistance to Site Manager

? Responsible to manage and follow up the daily operation for new and existing workers and employees in

China and support in traveling and administration.

Requirements

? Bilingual English/Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)

? Necessary background and experience from similar position

? Knowledge of Microsoft Office

? Preferably a Bachelor educational level in relevant area

? Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

? Experience in shipyard sector is a must

? Experience in marine recruitment is a must
