Project Initiation and Planning Manager, Office of Infrastructure Construction

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting proposals and reports for construction projects and completing the relevant approval procedures

2. Completing approval procedures for project analysis reports and architectural design

3. Evaluating investment estimation, project budgeting, and investment control throughout the construction process

4. Reviewing construction project settlement and final accounts when the construction has been completed

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above related to architectural engineering, more than 5 years of work experience in project management

2. Proficient in Office, AutoCAD and other software

3.Organizational, communication skills and management skills

4. Having obtained the Registered Cost Engineer (installation) Certificate and engaged in cost estimation for more than 3 years is preferred.

5. Fluency in both Chinese and English
