This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating and Coordinating with project teams and contractors to ensure quality assurance / quality control procedures are implemented on site
• Monitoring / Supervising quality of work on various contracts
• Assisting project teams to resolve non-conformance issues
• Identifying on-site quality assurance / quality control procedures improvement opportunities and communicating with project team and contractor
• Preparing reports and records of site visits to ensure compliance with requirements
• Providing training to frontline supervision staff on quality management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil / Structural / E&M / Systems Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in site supervision of large, multi-disciplinary projects
• Degree Holder in related discipline with 6 years’ relevant experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience in managing quality systems on site
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possession of a valid HK driving license is preferred
