• Work scope covers all 11 factories, analyze Indirect spend (Including regional and global site spending information)
• Lead and manage indirect sourcing activities or projects to ensure company targets and saving pipeline
• Implement professional procurement processes in alignment with different site stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation, contract approval, etc.
• Work with direct report manager for national consolidation projects launch and monitoring
• Identify saving/optimization opportunities and develop Indirect team strategy
• Manage and monitor Supplier Performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities

• 7 years experience or knowledge preferred;
• A3 skills
• Good/Excellent Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus database skills
• Good/Excellent written and spoken English
