To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Continuous Process Improvement Project Lead you will be responsible for driving the development and improvement of the GFSS strategy across and inside EMEA Countries. This includes commercial, technical and functional support to Eaton personnel as well as support to customers, channel, and external accounts. Primary Objectives are to: • Drive common business process and tools in Eaton business, aligned with Eaton’s Front End Initiatives • Consolidate locations, functions, and roles to reduce layers and eliminate overlaps both in country and across EMEA. Reduce elapsed cycle time and redundancies by eliminating waste and improve quality • Improve customer loyalty while reducing costs and positioning for growth • Drive a longer term strategy to better leverage people, process and tools to create scalable capabilities and competencies across the region The function has a deep understanding/expertise of business operations within their designated area of responsibility and applies that knowledge to process improvement and application designs and implementation activities leveraging Project Management, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools. To achieve the objectives of this role, the role will be responsible for leading, coaching, facilitating CPI/BPI activities. Your main responsibilities: • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough process improvement to provide scale, reusability, reduce defects and achieve world class quality of Customer and Sales Support • Acquire, practice and evangelize the use of project management, Lean and Six Sigma • Facilitate, train and coach team members on project management • Understanding and working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other key support processes and systems • Evaluate end-to-end process capability and business needs and identify opportunities for improvement that enable specific business metric targets • Serve as process subject matter experts and owners for their respective location/area of responsibility • Analyse the as-is, best practices, collect and apply lessons learned, identify process and system implementation requirements • Serves in a lead role in the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes • Serve as a change agent utilizing accelerated change management methodologies • Participate in development and delivery of communications regarding program activities • Represent functional needs and priorities on internal councils, e.g. Business Process Council • Work with multiple stakeholders to confirm system functionality and data • Facilitate alignment or process and system solution plans among relevant business resources and partner with IT throughout the region • Monitor and report assigned project status information • Communicate effectively with all organizational levels including senior business leaders and Global teams Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: • Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent • At least 2-3 years of project management, CI experience • Experience with practical application, facilitation and coaching for CPI • Demonstrated ability in business process analysis and design • Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials • Be an Eaton Ambassador, coach, and influencer across all levels of the organization both inside Eaton and with Customers • Fluency in English • Strong drive for results and self-directed personal initiative • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and adeptness in the art of persuasion • Demonstrated ability to grow into broader scoped role within the Eaton organization Highly Desirable: • Lean or Lean Six Sigma • Deep understand of the processes within all workstream • Knowledge of different ERP systems What we offer to you: • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company • Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team • Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations • We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA • We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
