Position Description: This role is responsible for leading a project team including all project resources and ODMs, managing projects in delivering solutions to customer, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet customer’s expectations. The overall performance responsibility is for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which include planning, status tracking, change control, and risk management. 1\. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day product validation execution of Lenovo ThinkSystem server computer systems. 2\. Responsible for managing both ODMs and internal project team resources across multiple geographical regions. 3\. Responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and feature deliverable, which include planning, tracking defect status, change control, risk management, and motivating teams to drive aspirational targets. 4\. Responsible for regular status report to senior management by synthesizing information from multiple teams, escalate key issues and/or propose mitigation plan(s) as necessary. 5\. Responsible for delivering on commitment, in quality delivery, to meet customer expectation and maintaining customer relationships. 6\.
