About Role:

This role is responsible for leading a project team including all project
resources and ODMs, managing projects in delivering solutions to customer, and
ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet customer’s
expectations. The overall performance responsibility is for managing project
scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which include planning,
status tracking, change control, and risk management.

1\. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day product validation execution of
Lenovo ThinkSystem server computer systems.
2\. Responsible for managing both ODMs and internal project team resources
across multiple geographical regions.
3\. Responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and feature
deliverables, which include planning, tracking defect status, change control,
risk management, and motivating teams to drive aspirational targets.
4\. Responsible for regular status report to senior management by synthesizing
information from multiple teams, escalate key issues and/or propose mitigation
plan(s) as necessary.
5\. Responsible for delivering on commitment, in quality delivery, to meet
customer expectation and maintaining customer relationships.
6\. Responsible for applying PM methodologies and follow Lenovo internal
project management controlling process to support both clients’ and Lenovo’s
business growth.

#### Position Requirements:


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 7+ years of project delivery experiences in IT industry
• 5+ years of project management experiences in managing complex end to end
projects with strong interpersonal skills
• Communication and Negotiation skills, ability to influence teams and
executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Experience in managing and delivering Agile project
• Experience in Atlassian Jira Software & Confluence tool
• Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
