This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead plant layout, manufacturing process and material flow continuous optimization; Drive manufacturing ungrade through digitalization transformation, automation introduction... to support business growth; Lead standardized work deployment in production lines and related area to drive productivity continuous improvement; Lean manufacturing tools deploy in production line and related area; Design the process, the layout, worksation, the jigs and fixture to produce the products, even the equipment to build the product; Design and improve working methods, operator standard time, material standard amount; Responsible for line set up, time and motion studies, line balancing; Manage and evaluate manufacturing and process documentation for release to executive management; Generate and report project status and timelines; Analyze, evaluate and propose equipment, process, and facility layout to ensure the most efficient operating conditions; Design production planning and control, capacity planning and analysis, material management; Recommend and justify the most efficient use of existing production equipment and provide new equipment justification based on labor and material savings; MES, MIS, Industry4.0 elements introduction together with IT and cross function team. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor degree major of Electrical/Automation/Machine in university More than 5 years experiences in project management Knowledge or background of Industry manufacturing Good team working spirit, English speak and write skill Yes!
