Eaton’s Electrical group is currently seeking a High Performance Project Leader to join our team. This position is based at our Buenos Aires facility. Coordinate the activities related to the contract, seeking the correct development of the same. Build a good relationship with the Client, seeking the correct development of the project, as well as the satisfaction of the project. Identify and manage opportunities throughout the contract life cycle to maximize financial results. Control the physical financial schedule of the contract, with the aim of controlling billing, minimizing costs, and meeting deadlines. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the contract life cycle, with the aim of maximizing business results. To report monthly the physical/financial result of the contract, in order to present the progress of the contract, as well as the correction of the verified deviations. Organize, update and maintain the archive of contract documents, with the aim of the correct presentation and ease of handling of documents.
