Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Project Leader/Analyst - Inclusion & Diversity to join our team. This position can be based at any of the following locations; Beachwood OH, Moon Twp PA, Irvine CA, Galesburg MI, Highland IL, Syracuse NY, Arden NC, Charlotte NC, Ft Worth TX, or Tualatin OR. Flexible, hybrid work schedule available from any of these locations. Position Overview: Are you analytical, curious, a self-starter, and most importantly, passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)? Eaton’s Global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team seeks a Project Leader/Analyst who is efficient, collaborative and with great attention to detail. This high exposure role will support various global I&D efforts by working in collaboration with the global members of the I&D team and other key internal and external stakeholders to achieve our aspirational goal to be a model of inclusion and diversity in our industry. The primary function of this critical position will be to partner and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver sustainable global I&D programs, processes and practices. You will be responsible for regularly collecting, analyzing and reporting highly sensitive and confidential data and drawing initial insights and findings related to our inclusion and diversity strategic priorities. This critical data is used to inform data-driven decision making and assess progress and performance towards our I&D commitments. You will generate and present clear and compelling quarterly, annual and ad-hoc presentations, infographics and charts for senior leaders. You will conduct benchmarking of market-leading practices and participate in external surveys. Current programs, projects and analysis include: I&D dashboard, I&D learning/curriculum, Employee Resource Groups, Exit Survey, Inclusion Index, Flexible work solutions, Quarterly and Year -End Reporting, Next-Gen Reporting, I&D Transparency Report. Responsibilities will also include partnering with regional inclusion & diversity leaders and councils to provide I&D analytics and project support as needed. In this function you will: Participate in global cross-functional project teams Support the ideation and tactical planning and implementation of I&D programs, processes and practices Seek, collect and analyze data sets to establish, monitor I&D goals, KPIs; uncover insights within data and communicate with executive leadership and external stakeholders Play an active role in all aspects of project set up, execution and monitoring including identifying issues, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and proactively driving to implement organizational change related to inclusion & diversity. Design and prepare high-impact presentations. Conduct regular analysis of I&D metrics, identifying trends and gaps in progress. Analyze targeted and systemic opportunities that exist within the company. Plan and efficiently execute and monitor education programs. Leverage Eaton University in training deployment approach. Project management and analysis of implementation and effectiveness of global flexible work solutions. Develop and implement robust change management tools and continuously improve related processes. Train HR and leaders on I&D dashboard, reporting and provide consultative support, as needed Design and plan enterprise-wide solutions based on best practices and internal insights and with a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in related field 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity (preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and/or data visualizations for various audiences) No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood OH, Moon Twp PA, Irvine CA, Galesburg MI, Highland IL, Syracuse NY, Arden NC, Charlotte NC, Ft Worth TX, or Tualatin OR will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion demonstrated by personal or professional experience Position Criteria: Strong analytical skills and ability to present and utilize metrics Strong project management, time management and change management skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience creating compelling data visualizations and preparing high-impact presentations for key stakeholders (internal and external) and senior leaders Demonstrated ability to balance big picture thinking with great attention to detail and accuracy Ability to routinely collect, track, perform detail analysis on large quantity of quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources; synthesize datasets into actionable insights to better inform operational decision-making Ability to effectively manage multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment with change requests Ability to work independently, efficiently and as an active member of multiple teams Ability to collaborate with a variety of cross-functional leaders and stakeholders. Continuous/process improvement experience and growth mindset; Six Sigma, Lean, Agile Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization and collaboration tools.
