JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Construction Project Manager, you will in the project management department, report to General Manager and lead a team of around 7 staffs, you will manage construction activities and programs in Chennai city or Noida, India, the goal is to ensure to deliver on time, cost, quality and complied with safety requirements.
1． Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
2． Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, Ensuring projects run smoothly and completed within budget and on time.
3． Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with safety regulations.
4． Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
5． Review and monitor the work progress on daily basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1． Major in HVAC or Electrical, with manufacturing factory renovation or clean room project management is a must; Registered Professional Engineer/Project Manager.
2． At least 5 years of relevant work in civil engineering, architecture, project management and construction management; working experience outside of China is preferred.
3． Strong adaptability, strong expression ability, strong communication ability and communication skills, affinity.
4． Familiar with project management can be responsible for on-site construction progress and quality control during the implementation of related projects.
5． Have a team spirit and be good at challenges.
6． English & Chinese can be used as a working language.
