As a Project Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain management and logistics projects in a timely manner, thus contributing to process design and creating a competitive advantage for our Smart Infrastructure (SI) Logistics and Regional Solutions and Service (RSS) Logistics. Your new responsibilities Plans, coordinates, and monitors the supply chain / logistics activities in projects, to ensure an economical supply to customers which is geared to the customer needs. Assume overall responsibility for the success of your projects focusing on supply chain management (plan, source, deliver, return) - especially for strategic and operational topics within logistics. Support, manage and implement business projects to incorporate new processes and methods improving our SI Logistics and RSS Logistics Best-in-Class Supply Chain Performance, as well as contribute to supply chain productivity measures (CNI/VAM) Improve performance and analyzes and clarify all project relevant requirements Coordinate with stakeholders and/or specialists for implementation to ensure project implementation in time (IT Organization, Business Units, regional logistic organizations, suppliers, service providers, etc.) Project Management: assigns tasks to the project team, setting clear, specific project objectives and standards in collaborative structured problem-solving methods to develop real topic-oriented solutions with positive impact (not just for the sake of getting consensus) Change Management: produce new ideas and approaches to own projects or assigned tasks and transmit positive feelings with regards to new projects within the team Develops, and continuously updates or improves project-specific customer supply chain concepts according to stated requirements and business case principles. Extract, organize and analyze SAP data to provide basis for managing supply chain improvements and provide management level reporting.
