- Perform project management for development/transfer projects.
- Achieve project targets (function, cost, schedule, quality).
- Plan and track project resources.
- Guide and direct project team, assign tasks to project members, coordinate with other affected departments, sales and customers.
- Document project status, perform reporting, prepare decision proposals, escalate if required in time.
- Ensure work according to defined project work package and product development process standards.
- Perform risk management, quality, product and process assessments.
- Ensure data safety, product reliability and product conformity according standards.

- Higher education degree (preferred university, master, PhD), study in business administration or electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
- Proficient with project management tools and tasks.
- At least 3 years working experience in similar job position (beneficial: work experience in production transfer and localization).
- Communication and coordination skills, open towards people.
- Capability to lead a project team, ability to moderate and solve conflicts.
- Ability to work independently, target and result oriented.
- Systematic working style, flexibility, intrinsic motivation.
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, MS Net meeting, MS Windows, Acrobat.
- Chinese, very good English language skills, additionally beneficial: German language skills.
