• Create work Request Form & calculation tool, , prepare purchase order and review payment for vendors/functional service providers (FSP) in company systems
• Setup vendor, prepare PO and settle payment for vendors
• Support in managing Meetings/trainings/functions (e.g. invitation and logistics arrangement), and provide post-meeting documentation/minutes
• Create, track and file documents (e.g. site, study and contact list, Organization Chart, FSP related documents, etc.) for inspection readiness
• Generate reports to FSPs
• Support site management team and engages clinical trial management on a day-to-day basis. Communicate and coordinate activities with FSPs as required. Collaborate with site management team members to meet goals and timelines
• Maintain effective and efficient communication with FSPs, identify and anticipate possible issues or challenges, and work as a team to develop appropriate solutions;
• Support study document archiving (e.g. account set-up, training and payment settlement)
• Support FSP members off boarding activities
• Follow up and track study contract signatory per local process
• Back-up point of contact for importation and exportation documentations
• Follow-up expense (document filing and scanning)
• Maintain updated distribution list of FSP members

Basic Qualification

• Associate degree in medical or life science field
• At least 1-year work experience in the medical or life science industry

Preferred qualification

• Bachelor’s degree; degree in medical or life science field
• At least 1 year clinical trials experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO
