Our General Services department in MINI Plant Oxford are looking for a 13 Month Intern to join the team starting July 2020. This will be a project management role, delivering small to medium sized Facility Management projects for the plant. The project managers are accountable for the success or failure of a project. Typical responsibilities of a project manager include: Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects — defining the project, building its comprehensive work plan, and managing to the budget.

• Planning and defining scope for facility building projects.
• Activity planning and sequencing.
• Developing schedules and timing plans.
• Resource planning.
• Developing a budget and cost estimates.
• Fully documenting the life cycle of projects.

• Studying towards an engineering, construction or business related degree and on course to achieve a 2:1 or above.
• Leadership and strong team management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate.
• Personal organization and structured approach.
• Risk management.
• An innovative mind-set.
• IT skills preferred, especially with regards to the MS Suite
