Objective of job
- Well understanding of VAN & Denza after-sales business process, IT system regulations and guidelines.
- Lead cross function projects. Cooperate with other departments and manage project team to ensure the progress and achieve final targets.
- Lead dealer conference and events. Cooperate with dealers and related BUs to ensure projects implementing successfully.
- Communicate with F&C and related BUs on team budget management
- Skill of PPT/Words/Excel for presentation, statistic & regular report are parts of job responsibility.

Main tasks
1. BU Project Management of IT system development
- OTR+ & DCS integration BU project management to ensure smooth system go-live in 2021 and future development & optimizations to support retail businesss development
- Manage OEM reporting project deliver on time
- Consolidation of all team IT development needs and collaborate with relevant counterparts to ensure budget & implementation
- IT projects progress management to ensure deliverables
2. Lead regular cross function Projects
- Plan and organize VAN dealer conference
- Paln and rganize other dealer events i.e. TechMaster
- Plan and organize internal & external audits
3. Digitalization & Innovation
- Explore digitalization & innovation oppurtunites both at internal efficiency improvement & external business oppurtunities (MMC/O2O)
4. Team and budget management
- Budget management and cost control
- Organze regular team meeting, business review meeting, strategy and leadership workshop
- Business report esp. presentation and briefing to Top management
5. Cross function communication
- Liaise with other departments and provide necessary support
- Continuous improving the communication between BMBS, FBAC and Denza for after-sales business.
6. Adhoc Projects
- Support other cross-fucntional projects based on flexible business needs
- Participate and support team swarm on business innovation
