Objectives of the Position

• To organize, manage and assess defined technical tasks and projects (e.g. related to products and processes)
• Ensure the project implementation

Main Tasks

• Ensure all activities to meet BASF requirements of EHS, 5S and QM
• Plans, monitor the defined project under consideration of available resources, coordinate team to keep the overall project progress to meet the schedule.
• Coordinate functions related to project (Account， Marketing，Technical Center，Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, EHS, etc.).
• Coordinate interfaces with other BASF entities for project relevant topics. Be responsible for all technical documents transfer from global team to BSC
• Be the link to the technical experts in the regional or global organization
• Take the lead in the new establishment kick-off (including new project; new process introduction, etc); failure mode analysis (including NOK line trial, DV failure, ect) and other multi-functional discussion.
• Responsible for NCM operation and reporting
• Responsible for customer specification updating and maintenance
• Coordinate related departments for new raw material preparation(GTS check, spass code application, purchasing order for line trial use)
• Assist supervisor for KPI data collection

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

• Education: Bachelor or above in chemical or engineer
• Working Experience: 3 years’ experience in automotive coatings
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Good sense of project management
• Excellent skills in communication and team work.
• Familiar with technology of automotive OEM Coatings
• Good sense of quality and safety
• Proficiency in English
