Siemens Healthineers Finance is looking to hire a Project Management lead IM&AT for South Africa subzone to be based in Johannesburg. What are my responsibilities? Leads the “RSA FI OTC PM IM&AT” function and reports to the Zone Order-to-Cash Project Manager (OTC PM) Head Steers and oversees the relevant tasks to perform the OTC PM IM&AT activities: Responsible for project implementation - acts as customer interface from PM080 until PM670 Ensures project execution within respective framework (PM@SHS) Provides support to sales in offer phase with regards to customer requirement and overall project feasibility Defines project team and assigns responsibilities among involved stakeholders Continuous risk assessment during implementation and definition of mitigation measures Ensures operational and customer excellence; drives Revenue, Cash and Operating Working Capital Optimization in close collaboration with OTC CA and OTC AR Leads Drives harmonization, standardization, digitalization, and productivity within the OTC PM process according to the global governance framework “OTC@Healthineers”; optimizes the OTC PM set-up in subzone RSA SADEC and Sub Sahara. Develops team members and elevates their skillset(s) in order to address future challenges due to internal or external developments in OTC PM Drives reduction in NCCs for the zone Implementation of Projects within budged Adherence to OSH Act Adhere to Export Controls What qualifications, experiences, and skills are required? PM Diploma or PMI diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of project management work experience or equivalent Practical/hands-on experience within the OTC environment: project site construction skills, project management skills which are backed up by a strong technical background and project management qualifications Excellent communication skills to lead the OTC PM IM&AT organization and provide transparency in a complex matrix environment Strong interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team Ability to lead, engage, motivate, and develop diverse teams Good understanding of CRM (Sales & Service) and SCM processes to drive synergies within the OTC PM IM&AT organization OSH act training Training and experience on Local building regulations Training on Export and INCO terms Familiar with MS Projects (Create a project Plan) Speak and write English fluently, other languages like German French and African languages will be of advantage Familiar with EXCEL , MS Word and Power Bi What else do I need to know?
