We’re looking for a Project Management Lead to:

• supervision of the East and West coast IAB operations design the future operational state defining new ways of working
• ensure business is compliant with industry regulatory standards for accounts already open, along with all new accounts (Supervise escalation of COSIMA / LexNex / Negative new searches / other account due diligence)
• support the FA team leads in daily responsibilities, including, but not limited, to escalations, supervisory, and operational approvals
• ensure consistency of client experience and serve as a central coordination point of contact between East/West coast IAB teams
• create and maintain the project and schedule plan
• primary internal point of contact for UBS Senior Leadership and support areas (i.e. Prime Brokerage, Online Services, Banking, Operations, Trading, etc.)
• create and maintain a consolidated list of issues and risks to review with team & escalate items as appropriate
• responsible for ongoing audit of the IAB business
• oversight of 3 dedicated central operations employees (COSIMA / Negative News / Lexis Nexis)
• schedule & lead status meetings
• ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change
• support cultural change towards a continuous improvement mind-set
• coach on tools and methods for improving efficiency and effectiveness
