职位描述:
1. Responsible for project coordination and execution with partners in the gaming industry;
2. Build and maintain trusted working relationships with internal and external counterparts and be the go-to person for partners;
3. Streamline project execution process globally, and improve execution efficiency of cross functional teams and resource allocation;
4. Timely track the performance of projects, summarize learnings and market insights that feeds back to partnership discussions.
职位要求:
1. 5+ years of working experience in Internet, media, or gaming industry; overseas working experience or overseas study experience is a plus;
2. Ability of and experience in commercial negotiation, developing and monitoring the implementation of regional planning; good communication skills and the ability to independently establish and maintain stable customer relationships;
3. Familiar with operating mode and market demand of gaming industry players, including developers, publishers, event host, Esports teams, etc; having certain local connections with those companies and willing to develop new commercial relationships will be a plus;
4. Strong logical thinking, solid ability to discover and extract insights from data and turn those insights into actionable recommendations;
5. Maintain high standards of execution quality, and driven to find out creative solutions when facing difficulties or conflicting demands;
6. Open minded to cross-cultural working environment;
7. Language skills: English and Chinese as working language.
