The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring adherence to Project Management (PM) guidelines and operation standards for LV and MV projects in Bangladesh. The incumbent must be a Bangladeshi national. How do you craft the future through your incredible PM experience? You will be responsible to coordinate overall planning of projects and decide on allocation of resources; maintain constant communication with customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders. You need to review, monitor and act on project/order related budgets/costing. To foresee and take appropriate action to manage risks effectively to ensure smooth project / order execution will be a major responsibility of yours. You must ensure that, assigned projects / orders meet all agreed KPIs. You will share your insights on project management related issues with the BU Management to enable them to take appropriate decisions. You will also monitor cases which needs in-time escalation. You will initiate and oversee activities for continuous development of PM processes. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university. You bring more than 5 years of experience in Low and Medium Voltage system related project management/execution. Well-versed with Office365 tools, MS Project and MS Office suit. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English with good networking skills to deal with internal/external and international stakeholders. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving approach.
