Change the future with us Implements PM@Siemens and PMO guidelines and processes and manages respective functional organization. Administers and ensures adherence of Siemens policies, guidelines, programs, and standards. Supports topics of asset classification, project-bid security & ESG. Analyzes workflow environment, processes, SOP and proposes improvements in projects, sales & bids. Also ensures the implementation of proposed measures through standardized tools, processes, driving improvement programs etc. Monitors, analyzes project portfolios within Siemens Mobility India. Facilitates project reviews and LoA. Works with bid and execution team in area of project planning & scheduling, requirements management, Document management, quality management, etc. Understands existing processes, tools, templates, work instructions for various project management topics and guides bid, execution team on usage of correct tools and processes. Takes feedback from team and derives improvements and updates in existing global and local tools, templates, and processes. Monitors and maintains adequacy of certified PM, CPMs on projects. Derives PM, CPMs nominations and collects based on future requirements from respective businesses. Organizes and drives complete certification, step by step, coordinating & collaborating with all stakeholders. Develops instruments, processes, and guidelines to drive certification process and guide for its successful on-time completion. Organizes various trainings related to PM knowledge areas, new joiner trainings, knowledge sharing & lessons learned sessions within multiple projects. Focusing on competency management continuously analyses the existing framework and program for development project management competency, derives ways to improve it further, developing frameworks and driving Programs. Participates actively in various communities and project management related meetings. Oversees specific activities of Project Management Office. Ownership & Excellence: Self initiative and drive excellence Collaboration: Collaboration within the team and across different business and functions Growth Mindset Use your skills to move the world forward You should have minimum experience of 5 years out of which minimum 3years should be in project and bids, at least 1-2year in Siemens, along with bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in engineering. Diploma, degree, or certification in project management will be an added advantage. You should understand planning-scheduling, requirement management, document management, configuration management, Hands on experience will be an added advantage. Engineering, Site Management experience will be an added advantage. You should have learning mindset, open to learn, experiment and continually improve. You should have good communication skills – writing emails official letters as well as verbal communication. Language proficiency in English and Hindi.
