We are looking for a talented, social, experienced, and hardworking individual to join the CPnP - Construction Project and Planning team as PMO.
As a PMO (Project Manager Officer) your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Drive business process optimization, develop and maintain automated system solution.
  • Initiate and establish optimization models and systematic resolutions to secure capacity and minimize negative floats and enable projects to meet targets.
  • Conduct studies of cost and Schedule for monitoring and control.
  • Develop and support smooth transition plan between technologies.
  • Assist develops and maintenance metrics to measure projects.
  • Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
  • Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
  • Design, develop and implement BI solutions to support projects processes and decisions making models. The solutions include client and web applications, Excel macros and BI reports.
  • Strong system attitude with proven experience at developing system solution to complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and deep data analysis capabilities, problem- solving, and project\programs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Student toward Industrial Engineering/ information systems studies or any other relevant field. (with a minimum of two remaining academic years towards the degree).
  • Availability of 3 working days a week
  • Data visualization applications: Power BI, Tableau, Excel, MS Project.
  • Strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities
  • Good presentations and communication skills
  • Attention to details, resilience and dealing with ambiguity
  • High-level of English and Hebrew, Written and verbally.
  • Positive strong leadership and a can-do attitude.

The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in a highly dynamic environment with minimum business-interruptions.
Must be able to prioritize, multitask, manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
