Analyzes business requirements from different business stakeholders and assesses relevant solutions

- Analyzes business requirements from different business stakeholders and assesses relevant solutions
- Supports the development of holistic project plan, project budget and status report
- Supports the business in project requirements definition and analysis of both functional and technical requirements
- Monitors and manages the project timeline/ baseline to ensure planned activities are occurred as planned
- Work collaboratively with different business stakeholders on deliverables and work products needed by the project, including, but not limited to MS PowerPoint presentations, data analysis, communications messages, and project plans and execution
- Manages project document repository including document documentation, versioning and distribution

Requirement

-University degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance or Engineering
- Able to work proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
- Excellent project management skills and communication skills
- Has strong analytical skill and problem solving mindset
- Proactive and connected, open to changes and independent
- Strong sense of ownership to the project delivery

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as PMO or junior PM, preferably in it the IT field
- Previous working experience in Banking or Insurance company will considered a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PPT) is highly preferred
- PMI/PMO certification is highly desirable
