The Project Management Professional will join our team and support the execution of multiple customer facing and internal Sales Transformation initiatives across Sales Organization (DI S). The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team, Siemens relevant sales organizations and related functions globally to ensure all assigned projects are executed on agile and effective manner in support of business priorities. What part will you play? · Managing and coordinating Customer Advisory Board meetings, including logistics, invitations, and support for both participating customers and Siemens executives · Managing and coordinating DI S leadership internal and external meetings and events including logistics · Coordinating cross functional workshops in support of NeXtLevel Transformation effort · Coordinating regional planning and performance review meetings · Supporting implementation of Sales awards program for both Siemens and DI sales events · Supporting and coordinating roll-out and global execution of sales training and enablement programs working closely with DI S and Siemens relevant teams We don’t need superheroes, just super minds · You come with an academic degree or equivalent qualifications from reputable colleague /University. · Ideally you bring with 5+ years relevant experience in managing and coordinating cross functional/cross geography customer facing and internal projects. · English native speaker level with an outstanding written and oral communications skills. · You will impress us with your excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative · You are seen as a highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to interface with personnel at all levels. · Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, are essential, as is proficient with collaboration tools. · Senior knowledge in calendar management, and expense reporting · We like to see your positive attitude, creative, dependable, ambitious, growth mindset · Siemens is a truly international team and so your ability to work well in a team environment and have attention to detail are big skills for this job.
