In this role the team will provide support for project execution, documentation management, design and bids. As a Team Leader you will ensure direct coordination of the team activity and capacity planning, leadership and development of direct and indirect reports through regular meetings, assess performance and facilitate career path plans, support team members by coaching and training activities, drive performance evaluation, deploy training plans. Your main responsibilities Project charter weekly update for financials (ERP sync), scope status (PM input), documentation, schedule and EHS. Monitor team utilization rate and productive hours imputation for project execution team (PM, Eng) Provide weekly visibility of tasks status, Projects risk and opportunities and team utilization to Quality and CI Mgr. Project documentation traceability (SIS Document Management System update) and internal/external distribution (incl. customer portal update when needed). Project documentation may include technical information (drawings, test results...), financial docs (invoices, payment applications) and other admin documents (training certificates, IDs, EHS audit reports) Customer Project report and manuals compilation (Operation & manual, Safety instructions, FMEA...) Work breakdown structure definition for opportunities (baseline for hand-over form) early enough in opportunity development process within Design and Bid team. Hand-over form preparation to support Sales team (CSO/SAM), Design and Bid engineer and assigned Project Manager. Support Bid and design team to have visibility on C360 over the tender backlog and incoming opportunity pipeline. In order to achieve those goals, Project technical support team leader will: Enable productive and motivating working environment for the team members Actively manage competence portfolio within the team and design personal development plans accordingly. Provide visibility of challenges and possible solutions within the team. Proactively manage team workload balancing within team members. Drive continuous improvement culture within the team based on quantifiable performance. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant education within field. Relevant experience in project execution; preferred experience in leading teams/projects. Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems, Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, basic understanding of electrical systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisation and outstanding communication and leadership skills (team motivation and performance culture) Structured approach to problem solving and performance monitoring.
