Full time: flexible working hours, need to work on some weekends/public holidays
Salary: HK$22,000 - HK$35,000 (subject to relevant experience)
Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing site operation
- Programme planning and project management
- Communications and publicity management
- Online and multi-media programme management
- Administration and financial management
- Funding application and follow-up
Qualifications:
- Passionate for art and nature
- Over 5 years of relevant administrative and project management experience in cultural and/or environmental sector, with funding application and management experience of projects funded by major public funders preferred.
- Degree holder (non-degree holder may also be considered if one can demonstrate strong relevant experience and expertise and the required language skills)
- With good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
- Experienced in creating/managing websites, editing photos and videos, managing multi-media projects, and/or education would be an advantage
