The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young person’s for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of indeed to the Regional CEO so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third part services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complete life cycle of the transformation project
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and manage all project activities
• Perform risk management
• Analyze business needs and problems and facilitate insight generation, ideation, and solution prototyping activities
• Shape, scope and develop business requirements
• Manage working relationship with project team, with third parties/vendors and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification or related experience
• 5-8 years of working experience with a good number of years in business analyst/project management
• Experience in IT project design and implementation
• Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) in a complex global environment with cultural diversity
• Understanding of the Education industry a plus
