Requirement:

-Diploma or above in Construction Building Field or equivalent

-Minimum 2 years' relevant project management experience in engineering project

-Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese

-Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

-Mature, self-motivated and independent working

-Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and Auto Cad is a plus

-Immediate available is preferred

Responsibility:

-Compile and maintain documentation including specifications, tender document, progress & cost reports, and site records

-Responsible for execution of projects including on-site supervision, progress monitoring, quality control, and cost control, etc.

-Responsible for coordinating with sub-contractors and monitoring progress of respective projects

-Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and other consultants
