Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as overall construction program requirements of the project;
  • Manage the site project team including Site Agent, Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, Building Services Coordinator, Site Foreman to carry out the works according to the statutory requirements, approved method statement, work progress, safety environmental, quality and contractual issues;
  • Propose budget requirements for the works;
  • Establish and maintain a closed partnership among client, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors and internal sectors;
  • Ad-hoc duties wherever required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Civil discipline or equivalent;
  • At least 6 years or above project management experiences in A&A & Renovation projects;
  • Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager;
