Responsibilities

• To be responsible for Principle in-charge of the work
• To be responsible for the project management including project progress, quality control, cost control and safety
• To oversee design submission, presentation preparation and project management 
• To liaise with Client representatives on projects matters at different stages
• To attend regular meetings with Client representatives to review project issues and address concerns
• To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• To liaise with the appointed Professional Consultants and Authorized Persons, prior and after project, for the necessary consents, approvals and licensing granted from the local authorities to ensure full compliance with building code

Requirement

• Degree or above in construction disciplines
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in Maintenance / Renovation Projects with  3 years' or above experience in managerial level
• Profession qualification (e.g. MHKIS, MRICS, MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE) is preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent leadership and management skills
