The incumbents will join our research and development team to take part in the research study, design, development, and testing of software platform for logistics industries. 

Job Duties:

• Manage R&D projects
• Evaluate and recommend technology options
• Collect and analyse user and system requirements
• Design and development of software systems in research and development projects
• Devise test plans and lead/conduct system testing and documentation
• Support system demonstration 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 9 years IT related work experience, with at least 4 years in management level
• Proven experience in software design and development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages
• Knowledge and experience in Big Data, Blockchain, IoT is an advantage
• Experience in Mobile application development (e.g. Android, iOS), or embedded development (e.g. Raspberry Pi) is an advantage
• Experience in leading developers to implement software system / integration projects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
