Key Accountability/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Target /Non-target Development:
拓展渠道业务发展
Exploit Target/Non-target business opportunities to achieve expected target, including effective market analysis, strategy development, operation forecast, performance tracking etc.
拓展商业渠道业务,实现绩效目标:包括进行有效的市场/渠道分析,运营预测,以及绩效跟踪等。
Work and communicate with BU , DOE, and third party team closely to review and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in Target/non-target market
与BU/策略团队/以及第三方团队等紧密沟通协作,确保商业渠道管理的效率和效力
As project leader to supervise 3rd party implementations.
作为项目负责人对第三方的执行进行管理
DO Operation Strategy Management:
协助制定团队运营战略,协调团队运营执行
Provide insightful business observation to Distribution Operation lead to make decisions and offer guidance.
为全国商务总监制定决策提供良好的市场洞悉和有效指引
Assist in drafting/developing operation plan at the national level and coordinate with Regional Directors in execution, including Target Setting, Team structure and territory design, monthly operation forecast, etc.
协助全国商务总监在全国范围改进制定运营策略计划并协调区域运营经理的执行,包括目标设定、团队构架、区域设计、月度运营预测等
Coordinate and optimize all efforts and resources successfully across field operation force,sales, training, SFE, and MA
协调优化运营团队、销售、培训、SFE, MA各部门的资源与工作
Plan and develop key initiatives, monitor/track progress and drive results
策划、跟进项目并分析结果以进行指导。
Facilitate required tasks in operation team
在运营团队内推动相关工作
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)
- Bachelor degree in life science or business; MBA degree is preferable
生命科学本科学历,或同等商务专业教育背景,MBA者优先考虑
- More than 4 years of pharmaceuticals operation or marketing management experiences.
4年以上确凿良好、可证明的医药运营经验或市场管理经验
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skill, and excellent communication, interpersonal skill and English language skill (good written and listening skills are must)
优秀的战略思维及分析能力,沟通、人际关系及英语技巧良好
- Good people and influencing skill
良好的人际关系和沟通能力
- High commitment with integrity and good team player
