Our client is now looking for Project Manager to join within their team.

Job Functions:

• Project management on social innovation projects

 

Job Highlights:

• Grant management
• Incubation of youth-related social innovation project
• Planning, managing and tracking progress of different social innovation projects
• 5 – 10 years of working experience

 

Responsibilities:

• To assist supervisor in planning, managing and tracking progress of different social innovation project
• To formulate, review and establish workflow of fund application and vetting process
• To incubate funded projects from idea generation till project execution
• To assist in building partnership with different stakeholders
• To develop Marketing and PR plan for effective communications
• Require writing proposals and reports
• To handle daily operation including administration coordination, supervision of team members

 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Social Science, Marketing and Communications or related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience
• Experience in a start-up/incubation program
• Proven team leader with effective communication & problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, and organized; people oriented and able to work multi-task under pressure
• Passionate in solving social issues and love young people
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
