Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Align internal kick-off meeting with all involved Commercial and Engineering working parties to review and confirm the committed project deliverables to Customer
  • Align kick-off meeting with Customer to review and confirm the user requirement together with project deliverables and corresponding schedules
  • Prepare project implementation plan in accordance with the agreement of kick-off meeting discussion
  • Coordinates internal working parties to implement project works including creation of PID, issuing work orders, cable plants survey, outside cable plants installation, indoor cable laying and last mile equipment installation etc…
  • Regular project updates to Customer by email, phone call and face-to-face meeting.
  • Prepare meeting minutes or summary notes
  • Confirm installation / migration schedules with Customer and arrange necessary workforce for implementation
  • Handles risk, change and problem management with proper escalations
  • Project closure with Customer and handover to Customer Services Management
  • Single Point of Contact (Primary) for all carrier’s related work (customer business partners). Such as Instinet which has their IDAP circuits connected to our PABX system and Third parties (Bloomberg, HKSE) which order
  • The Engineer circuits on Customer behalf

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder in computer science
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience of project management
  • Hands-on experience in Data Centre, structure cabling and Telco projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, multitasking and time management
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is preferred
