Requirement:

- Technical Degree in Building or equivalent

- Min 8 years experience as a Project Manager within Curtain Wall, Window, Cladding or Façade related discipline

- Technical knowledge and experience in Curtain wall or Façade Engineering, from Design Production, fabrication and site installation.

- Able to supervise /leading project team members effectively

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin

- Strong negotiation abilities to Client, Consultant and Main Contractor

- Comprehensive planning skills to all aspects of a project including construction sequence, time control planning, production and site installation works.

Responsibilities:

-  Coordination with all internal department, clients, architects, consultants and production factory

- Reviewing the design shop drawings, engineering and use of materials against contract and letter of award specification.

- Manage and handle projects effectively under control through status reports, meeting and/or any resources for a successful and profitable completion.
