Process prior-authorization request and medical claims for both Individual Life and Corporate Solution business transactions within the required benchmarks
Deliver Regional Passport service to enable AIA to provide cross border seamless and cashless customer experience for network claims

Job Descriptions:

• Oversees projects on behalf of the project owner / sponsor on a day-to-day basis

• Responsible for producing a regular status update report to the project owner/sponsor/ SteerCo on project progress

• Work closely with different business stakeholders, project team members and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Company's requirements and adhere to the PMO framework

• Leads the preparation of project budgets and strategically controls and allocates resources across multiple projects, products and / or programs

• Responsible for project definition (scope, objective, constraints, assumptions, benefits, issues and risks) and manages change to scope

• Facilitates open dialogue with different business stakeholders to ensure formal agreement is received on scope, requirements and delivery

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Economics, Management

• Knowledge of team management and operations processing

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues from different department and communicate with senior leadership

• Knowledge of claims operations and processing for medical claims and pre authorization or health insurance

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an insurance related or financial services company

• Previous working experience in Banking or Insurance company will considered a plus

• Experience with managing IT or project management will be an advantage

• Experience in creating, executing and managing project plans for large, complex projects will be an advantage
