As the The Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery relationship between Eaton Electric (DC Power Systems) and internal / external customers. Through high level, proactive engagement, you will be constantly alert to opportunities to develop, improve, and maintain daily work programs, schedules, relationships and business opportunities. You will be a positive advocate for the client within Eaton and will professionally represent Eaton at all times.

Your key deliverables:

• High levels of customer satisfaction
• Managing the diverse and complex range of project issues, proactively working to ensure that the customer has the very best perception of Eaton
• Proactively providing the highest levels of customer service to internal and external customers
• Taking ownership of all project issues and actively pursuing to completion
• Attend customer site inception meetings, site surveys, project reviews, snag resolution and customer monthly/quarterly reviews meetings
• Technical familiarity with the Eaton DC products and processes
• Being a champion for our customers and within Eaton to ensure that both parties needs are always actively addressed
• Develop sound business relationships with our customers based on integrity, respect and ethical principles
• Ensure that all project processes are completed
• Continually searching for ways to improve the way we do business

Qualifications

Do you have?

• Experience working in an electrical/electronic manufacturing and/or contracting environment
• Excellent Contract and Project Management skills
• Excellent customer relationship management including effective issue and conflict resolving skills
• Drive and determination.
• Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work to challenging project milestones
