MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To manage all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible in order to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately repeat revenue growth. Through effective written and verbal communication ensure that project teams are clear to the scope, complexity and expectations of clients for all projects and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Running projects within the specified range of project management activities, such as:

• Resource planning
• Organizing and motivating a project team
• Controlling time management
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitoring progress
• Managing reports and necessary documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• English language skills are needed at B2/C1; additional languages as an advantage.
• Polish language skills optional
• Localisation knowledge (for tools and processes) (optional)
• Good level of understanding of the O365 product suite
• 2-years’ experience in project management (preferred)
• Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
• computer skills

• analytical and problem solving abilities
• attention to details and work under pressure
