We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong agile background who focuses on the delivery of software projects. Based in the Beijing office, you support the collaboration between our in-house teams to ensure Smaato remains at the forefront of the rapidly expanding mobile advertising industry.

This is an opportunity for an individual with a strong process oriented mindset fascinated by working on complex software development projects.

What You’ll Do

• Drive projects to success by following an agile, lean process and continuous improvement efforts
• Keep a close contact with the development, product management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivering the expected business outcomes and contribute to strategic decisions
• Maintain relevant metrics and reportings in a transparent fashion to assure the project status is visible to team members and stakeholders at any time
• Ensure cross-team coordination
• Provide overall leadership and management of programs and projects for multiple development teams
• Guide, coach, and motivate the Scrum teams; drive continuous improvement of the agile practice
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including the moderation of retrospectives
• Monitor burn-down, sprint capacity, and delivery metrics
• Produce various metrics (cumulative flow diagrams, cycles, throughput charts etc.) at periodic intervals to Management
• Contribute ideas for various methodical approaches, and make decisions with the team as to how to best optimize the development framework

• 保持项目进度指标和报告完全透明，确保团队成员和相关团队可以实时查看项目状态
• 跨团队协调合作
• 领导和管理多个开发团队的项目
• 领导、指导和激励Scrum团队；推动敏捷项目流程的持续改进
• 组织和领导Scrum团队的相关活动，包括项目复盘
• 监控团队消耗、开发资源分配和交付指标
• 为各种开发方法献计献策，并与团队一起优化开发框架

• 4+ years of experience in the software industry as a technical project manager or product manager
• Track record in understanding  technical and business needs and discuss solutions with both business and development teams
• Strong agile mindset and expert knowledge in agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Broad knowledge on Product Life Cycle in Agile space 
• Solid understanding of RTB, analytics and cost effective advertising methods/products is a plus
• Proven experience in using JIRA and Confluence  
• Hands on knowledge in MS-Excel and MS-Power Point for reporting
• Full business proficiency in English required
