As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the project to develop a new site for Eaton operations in Finland. Lead the internal requirements planning, co-operation with construction companies & other stakeholders, planning and execution of the move to the new facility. Even though construction, real estate and financing matters are outsourced, co-operation with them is part of the job. Reporting & co-op with ES EMEA senior leadership will part of the job. Your key deliverables: You will lead the project to develop a new site for Eaton operations in Finland. Project covers collecting and summarizing the business needs for the new facility, co-operate with Real Estate consultation company and Eaton stakeholders to get quotations from construction companies. You will coordinate business requirement, Eaton EHS requirements architect work, and City plot plan requirements to get a facility design. Execution of construction with the construction company, being the link during the construction between construction company and Eaton on down to detail level choices. You will ensure utilization of various Eaton products in the construction. Lead Eaton internal planning for the office & plant details. Lead equipment installation to the new site, ensure needed changes to current processes will be implemented and lead the move of the operations to the new site. Coordinating with Finance on financial planning and cost tracking. Qualifications What we are looking for: Master or Bachelor level on appropriate science Several years of experience in project management.
