The opportunity:
Working side by side with the product teams, digital and technology, you will lead delivery of a number of projects/work streams for the Vitality capability, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience through delivery to satisfied stakeholders.
AIA Vitality is a personalised, science-backed health and wellbeing program that supports customers every day in making healthier lifestyle choices. AIA Vitality’s proven approach provides the tools and support customers need to improve their health by encouraging people to take relevant health checks, move more and eat well – and offers great incentives to motivate customers.
This role provides leadership and management with a focus on strategic project delivery, ensuring Quality, Cost and Time (QTC) indicators are met and ensuring the measurement and realisation of delivered business benefits. Ideally the role is Melbourne based.
Please note this is a 6 month contract initially with the possibility of extension.
To do this successfully you will:
Lead the end to end delivery of strategic projects/work streams that deliver to the product road map, designed to bring even more shared value to customers
Working closely with product, digital and technology to provide more features to customers
Ensures that any roadblocks are highlighted at the earliest opportunity and that solutions are identified and implemented
Efficient management of people and other resources to effectively manage delivery and cost
Monitors overall progress of project/s, with focus on budgets, key milestones, inter-dependencies and benefit realisation.
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Extensive experience as a Project Manager role within health/insurance/financial services industry (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in working with Agile principles and practices
Leadership and delivery experience in delivering a significant large scale projects
Experience and demonstrated understanding of iterative development and delivery
End to end experience in execution of change implementation, software development lifecycle and methodology as well as and project delivery
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
Renowned experience in stakeholder management at all levels, with ability to influence, negotiate and prioritises to find ‘win-win’ outcomes
