Manage projects and programs that will be implemented by the Data Analytics team and ensure this is aligned with the Group AIA and Business Requirements. Establish project/program management process and governance of projects under the Data Analytics team. Follow either waterfall or agile methodology for project implementation.

• Delivery of Data and Analytics Implementation project, accountable for defining and launching new platforms, tools, applications, or processes in PAL
• Through effective project management, support the development of data and analytics transformation in PAL by questioning and challenging, driving to the desired end state and ensuring that requirements by different Business Units are met
• Build and maintain successful partnerships with different Business Units (Marketing, Operations, Agency, Corporate Solutions, Distribution Channels, Enterprise Digital Transformation, IT) across local and group level.
• Report on status and progress of all projects running in Data and Analytics team. As program manager, he/she is expected to manage the data and analytics portfolio
• May handle a team of project managers which can be a mix of outsourced, functionally reporting, or directly reporting project managers, transformation managers, etc.
• Assess new initiatives, requirements, and projects to evaluate how they can support strategic goals of Data and Analytics team
• Able to apply PMP Methodology in project management or Scrum Methodology for Agile Projects
• Employ process improvement/automation in managing projects or running the program.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

General Qualifications

• Has experience managing or leading a team. Able to lead by example in terms of being a role model, adherence to project methodologies, and guideline principles
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and passionate to learn new things or high-level technical knowledge as we transform and adopt the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning, attention to details, high self-initiative, good problem-solving skills, resourceful and delivery focused.
• Able to navigate through complex organizations and demonstrates self-initiative
• Great interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple demands and competing priorities.

Technical Qualifications

• At least 5 years of extensive experience in project management, program management, or transformation management
• PMP Certified/ Scrum Certified
• Preferably with experience handling transformation projects or data and analytics projects including but not limited to data warehouse projects, data governance projects, data science projects
