Responsible for cultivating agile ways of working in AIA

Job Description

• Responsible for executing Technology, Digital and Analytics projects across the organization

• Define project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Identify, assemble and coordinate internal and third party resources and assign individual responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Provide timely updates and project status to senior management

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree Holder

• Proven working experience in project management

• Experience working on ETL/DWH projects

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
